To commemorate the re-release of The Beatles’ first feature film A HARD DAY’S NIGHT, fully re-mastered in 4K, Umbrella is giving away this beautiful, unique, custom-made Beatles plaque to one lucky fan!

There are only two of these plaques in the world made and one of them could be yours! All you have to do:

 

1. Purchase a copy of the new, remastered version of The Beatles’ A HARD DAY’S NIGHT movie via Umbrella Web Store (A HARD DAY’S NIGHT BD+DVD combo or A HARD DAY’S NIGHT DVD)

2. In the comment/review section of the product, tell us in 25 words or less WHY YOU’RE THE BIGGEST BEATLES’ FAN DOWN UNDER!

3. Patiently wait until July 31st for the best answer to be chosen! It might be you!

Information on how to enter forms part of the terms of entry. 2. Entry is exclusive to residents of Australia.3. Entrants should note they have to sign in as a customer and/or subscribe to be able to leave a product review. 8. Entrants under the age of 18 years are not eligible to win this promotion. 9. One (1) prize winner will be selected by Jeff Harrison, Managing Director of Umbrella Entertainment. The winner will be the best answer from all entries received during the promotional period in accordance with clause 3, and selected at 5:30pm on 31st July 2014 at the offices of Umbrella Entertainment Pty Ltd, Unit 19, 79-83 High St Kew 3101. 10. The first (1) prize winner will receive a limited edition plaque (1 of 2 produced), commemorating the release of A HARD DAY’S NIGHT, featuring exclusive headshots of John Lennon, Ringo Starr, Paul McCartney and George Harrison, custom framed with a commemorative Collector’s edition copy Blu Ray + DVD pack. 11. Total prize value is approx. AUD$2,000. 12. The prize is non-transferable to other persons and non-redeemable for cash. Any attempt to resell or auction all or any part of this prize will result in an immediate cancellation of the prize. Prize cannot be exchanged for goods. In the event that for any reason whatsoever a winner does not take an element of the prize at the time stipulated by Umbrella Entertainment that element of the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of that element of the prize. 13. Any taxes (other than GST, if any) which may be payable as a consequence of a winner receiving the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. The prize is strictly as stated above. All other costs are the responsibility of the prize winner. 14. The prize is not transferrable to another individual. 15. Each entrant who has entered the competition over the Competition Period and registered all details in accordance with clause 3 will be entered into the prize draw. 16. The winner will be announced on Umbrella Entertainment’s website and its respective social media channels – FACEBOOK, TWITTER, INSTAGRAM. 17.  The Promoter’s decision is final and the Promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding the result. 18. In the case of the intervention of any outside act, agent or event which prevents or significantly hinders the Promoter’s ability to proceed with the competition on the dates and in the manner described in these terms and conditions, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strike, war, act of terrorism, the Promoter may in its absolute discretion cancel the competition and recommence it from the start on the same conditions, subject to State Legislation. 19.  Umbrella Entertainment Pty Ltd, will take no responsibility for prizes damaged or lost in transit, or late, lost or misdirected mail. 20.  Umbrella Entertainment Pty Ltd assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to, or alteration of, entries, and reserves the right to take any action that may be available. 21.  If, for any reason, this competition is not capable of being conducted as planned, including, but not limited, due to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, take any action that may be available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition, subject to State Legislation. 21.
